Cashing In

GENERAL INFORMATION

You do not need to cash in your winnings at the end of each session. If you like, you can simply leave your account with a positive balance - this will be recorded by our server and this balance will then be made availabe when you log in the next time.

You should try to ensure your account has a positive balance for the following reasons:
1 ) Each time you want to play you will not need to make a purchase.
2 ) You won't deplete your purchase limits unnecessarily.

All cashins are made through the casino software. There are 5 options to cashin a winning balance from your casino account. To process a cash-in simply click on the bank button on the main screen of the Spin Palace software. Once at the bank, please click on the "cashin" tab and enter the amount that you wish to withdraw in the box that appears. This will record your cash-in with us, it will appear on our systems immediately and will be processed within 48 hours. Further bank processing time may however apply, tranactions may take up to 4 business days to show on your account statements.

Please note, players with large first time cash-ins may need to comply with certain security requirements.

Cashin's can be reversed, for your convenience. It is possible to reverse your cash-ins online! However, you will need to make the reversal within 48 hours of your last cash-in to be successful.


COMPANY CHECK

Please note that checks can be sent in the following currencies:

US Dollar
Euros
Great British Pounds
Canadian Dollar

You can choose between a check being posted or couriered to the address you supplied the casino with when registering. There are no charges for a check sent by ordinary mail. Courier fees will depend on your location and are deducted from your cash-in amount.

FIREPAY, NETELLER, PrePaidATM

No charges are currently levied for withdrawing money via these methods. Cash-ins are usually refunded against original purchases using Firepay, Neteller or PrepaidATM. Spin Palace may elect to honor cash-ins in the form of direct bank transfers (ACH) or as a check.

Winnings up to the value of your credit card, FirePay, Neteller or PrePaidATM purchases will be credited to your credit card, FirePay, Neteller or PrePaidATM account. Additional winnings will be paid out to you by check or bank transfer - whichever you prefer.

ACH/DIRECT BANK TRANSFER

Spin Palace currently levies no charge for withdrawing money via this method. This option is available to USA residents only.


REVERSAL OF A REQUEST

If you request a cash-in and change your mind and wish to continue playing with those credits, you may request a reversal of the cash-in within 48 hours.

When you enter the banking module within the casino software you will be given the option to reverse any pending cash-ins.
